Hi, I 'm Divyendu
A Product Manager building end-to-end products for supply chain and logistics. I turn manual workflows into simple, scalable tools and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that improve time, cost, and efficiency. Beyond my core domain, I also design cross-industry MVPs such as MealCues -to deepen my product discovery skills and validate ideas through rapid experimentation.
My Professional Journey
A summary of my key roles, responsibilities, and impactful outcomes as a product leader.
Jul 2022 – Present
Owned and scaled enterprise platforms across logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce operations, supporting ~50K monthly orders, 5 distribution centers, and ~900 retail stores.
- Delivered 20–25% logistics cost reduction by building automated carrier allocation and route optimization systems.
- Reduced outbound freight costs by ~20% by building an intelligent courier allocation engine based on SLA, cost, and performance.
- Cut last-mile costs by ~25% for high-value furniture deliveries through route optimization in FYND TMS.
- Compressed commercial reconciliation cycles from ~7 days to ~1 day with LLM-based POD classification and auto-costing workflows.
- Eliminated audit and reconciliation gaps by re-architecting the order lifecycle for ~50K monthly orders to a delivery-confirmed revenue model.
May 2020 – May 2022
Built a zero-to-one internal orchestration platform for large-scale infrastructure projects, standardizing procurement and execution workflows.
- Launched an internal platform used across 15+ infrastructure projects, standardizing RFQ-to-billing workflows.
- Improved procurement accuracy by 30–40% by introducing stage-linked procurement logic based on project plans.
- Reduced idle manpower and equipment time by 10–15%, preventing ~₹3 Cr/year in standby costs.
- Accelerated milestone-based billing by 30-40% by linking project execution to financial workflows.
- Shipped the MVP in under 12 weeks by translating fragmented EPC workflows into build-ready product specifications.
Showcasing My MVPs
Here are a few MVPs where I translated user problems into impactful and successful products.
Problem: Inbound operations were unpredictable. Trucks from bonded warehouses and local vendors arrived without scheduling, causing long queues, dock congestion, and constant coordination calls. Without a shared system linking PO creation, vendor dispatch, and dock capacity, delays and inefficiencies became routine.
Impact: DockMaster enabled structured slot booking and real-time visibility for Business, Vendors, and Warehouse teams. Simulation showed a 44% cut in truck waiting time, 75% fewer coordination calls, and consistently smoother dock operations
Problem: Teams struggled to choose the right courier or FTL partner for each shipment. Everything relied on manual judgment, scattered spreadsheets, and inconsistent rate/TAT information. This led to higher costs, delayed deliveries, and almost no visibility into vendor performance or penalties.
Impact: The Allocation Engine streamlined the workflow by auto-selecting the best carrier, standardizing costs, and providing clear tracking and settlement insights. It cut manual allocation time by over 50%, reduced freight cost variance by 15–20%, and improved vendor performance visibility. Overall, it enabled faster, data-driven dispatch decisions with far less effort and fewer errors.
Problem: People feel overwhelmed by daily meal decisions. Between unclear nutrition goals, forgotten ingredients in the fridge, and the constant “What should I cook today?”, meal planning becomes stressful, inconsistent, and wasteful.
Impact: MealCues gives users calmer days. It cuts decision fatigue, improves eating consistency, and helps use ingredients before they expire, reducing waste while making everyday meals effortless and aligned with personal health goals.
